Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Exavora. Exavora is operated by Subhash Kumar Sharma, a sole proprietor in India. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Course access and licences

Course access is granted per person by an administrator or through purchase. Access is personal and may not be shared. A purchased single course gives 6 months' access from the date of payment; combo packs, custom packs and All-Access give 12 months. When access ends, your results and history stay in your account and buying the course again restores access. Purchases made before 25 October 2026 keep the lifetime access they were sold with. Organisation licences are governed by the agreement with your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or publish questions, explanations or other content from Exavora. Do not attempt to circumvent timers, scoring or security controls.

4. Practice content

Exavora is an independent educational platform for exam preparation, interview preparation and practical knowledge-building. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), ISACA or any certification body. Exavora does not administer official examinations or issue certificates or professional certifications. Practice results do not guarantee an official exam result, certification or employment. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify related subject areas. Refer to the relevant organization or certification body for official requirements and materials.

5. Study materials, templates and downloads

Guides, templates, policies, worked examples and other downloadable files are original Exavora works. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read them and to adapt the templates for your own study and for internal use at your own workplace. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share or upload them, in original or modified form, to any website, marketplace, course or group. Every file is marked with the licensee's account details. Materials do not contain the text of ISO, IEC or ISACA publications, which must be obtained from those organisations. Worked examples use a fictional organisation, "XYZ Company Ltd."; its people, systems, suppliers and figures are invented and any resemblance to a real organisation is coincidental. Regulatory summaries and mappings are provided for education only, may become out of date, and are not legal advice.

6. Trademarks

ISO and IEC are the names of their respective organisations. CISA®, CISM® and COBIT® are registered trademarks of ISACA. These and other third-party names are used only to describe the subject areas Exavora helps you study; their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Indian rupees before purchase. Because course content is available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, except as set out in the Refund Policy (duplicate payments, access problems we can't fix, or a wrong-course purchase reported within 7 days). This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Your personal data

How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, are explained in our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away any right you have under consumer protection law.

11. Contact and grievances
