Refund Policy

Exavora courses are digital and unlock the moment you pay, so purchases are generally final. Please try the free 10-question quiz and the free 40-question readiness test for your course before you buy. We will always put things right in the cases below.
1. Try before you buy
Every course has free sample questions and a free 40-question readiness test with full explanations, so you can judge the question quality and difficulty before paying. No payment details are needed.
2. When we refund
We refund in full when: (a) you were charged twice or a payment went wrong; (b) you can't access a course you paid for and we can't fix it within a reasonable time; or (c) you bought the wrong course by mistake, tell us within 7 days of purchase, and have used less than 10% of it. For (c) we'll offer to swap you to the right course first.
3. When we don't refund
Change of mind after using the course, exam results, or not having time to study are not grounds for a refund. Exavora is independent practice material and does not guarantee any exam, certification or job outcome.
4. How to ask
Sign in, open your Profile and find the order under Purchases, then choose “Report a problem” and tell us what went wrong. This is available for 30 days after purchase; after that, email subhash.imp01@gmail.com. We'll review your request and email you with the outcome.
5. What you get back
An approved refund is the full amount paid for that order, returned to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
6. What happens to your access
The courses unlocked by a refunded order are removed from your account. Courses you own through another purchase or an organisation licence are not affected. Your practice history and results stay in your account.
7. Packs and bundles
Combo packs, custom packs and All-Access are handled as a whole order. Partial refunds for individual courses inside a pack are not available.
8. Team and organisation purchases
Seats bought under a team agreement follow the refund terms in that agreement.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
